Chris Conway has spent over 31 years in collections and receivables management, including 10 years as General Manager of a hospital-owned collection agency (Bethesda Healthcare in Boynton Beach, FL). Chris understands the intricacies involved with increasing recoveries on behalf of the hospital, while maintaining a high satisfaction level with senior executives, physicians and patients alike. Having run multiple private companies, as well as selling one such company to a publicly-traded organization, Chris is an extremely qualified leader who excels in creating win-win transactions.



Roger Gladstone

Roger Gladstone is a licensed attorney with 40+ years experience assisting start-up businesses structure and meet their equity and debt financing needs to drive company growth. In addition to his work with PARC in the collections and receivable management industry, Roger has extensive experience as a principal in venture capital and investment banking businesses, having raised capital for more than 100 companies.

Seth A. Miller is a financial services professional with more than 22 years experience leading corporate transactions in the mortgage and debt collection industries. Since 2009, Seth has served as Co-Founder and President of RCS Recovery Services, LLC (RCS), a debt acquisition company specializing in mortgage deficiencies. RCS is a sister company to PARC.



Christie Harding

Director of Operations

Christie Harding is PARC’s Director of Operations. She has spent 15 years in the legal & collections industries.  She started as a filing clerk and then worked her way to become a paralegal. Christie was promoted into management, where she had managed a law firm for 10 of those 15 years. She has extensive experience and knowledge in the legal field relating to litigation and management. Christie has handled many client audits in relation to bank standards, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) requirements. She has spent a lot of time writing procedures based on compliance guidelines,  providing training to employees, along with maintaining the compliance standards throughout the auditing process.  Christie currently handles complete oversight of the Operations on the day to day, along with the implementation and compliance here at PARC.
